MIXBOX
The paint mixing room mod. MIXBOX is modular according to the space, the needs and the specific requests of the customer. The dimensions can be chosen among different combinations of lengths, heights and widths. It is always supplied with an electric fan placed on the ceiling which sucks away air from the booth through a semi-downdraft air flow and is filtered from outside through a filter holder located at the bottom of the front section of the booth.

Width: The paint mixing room mod. Mixbox can have 3 different widths of 1650 mm or 2360 mm or 2950 mm Height: The paint mixing room mod. Mixbox can have 4 different heights of 2400 mm or 2600 mm or 2800 mm or 3000 mm Length: The paint mixing room mod. Mixbox has a minimum length of 2950 mm, but can have different modular lengths with steps of 590 mm |

| Entrance door | Personnel entrance door of 2100 x 900 mm provided with observation window with rubber gasket and spring locks closing |
| Side walls | Thickness 55 mm type "sandwich" made with white pre-painted iron sheets with glasswool inside, with special interlocking system with no screws and no welding points. |
| Lighting system | 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 light groups located on the ceiling. Each light group is equipped with 2 or 4 fluorescent tubes 30W controlled by 1 or 2 electronic ballasts, protected by safety laminated glass 6/7 mm and metal frame sealed with gasket. |
| Observation windows | Each Mixbox has 2 large windows with rubber gasket. |
| VNF filter | The VNF filter is located on a special frame inserted on a side or front wall. |
| Electric fan | Exhaust fan assembled on the driving shaft. Usually it is located on the ceiling, on the top corner opposite the entrance door. |
| Control Panel | Electro-mechanic with cabinet IP55, type ON/OFF for lights and electric fan. It is supplied with timer for automatic booth cleaning once all the controls have been switched off. |
| Options | There are other options as additional windows, service doors, and many others. |
| Colours and trims | Each Cometi spray booth is made of white pre-painted iron sheets and is refinished with plastic-coated corners. The spray booth can be trimmed in various colour chosen according to the end user taste or to the colour of the body shop where the spray booth will be installed. The available colours are red, yellow, dark blue, light blue, green, grey. The external units and the basement are zinced but, as an option, they can be trimmed in the same colour of the other booth trims. |
